Ali Ramezani has extensive experience in various cultural and executive fields. During his tenure as the director of the Book House Institute, he played an influential role in promoting reading culture and supporting Iranian publishers and authors. Tehran Book Garden, as a prestigious and innovative cultural center, has in recent years played a significant role in the development of the publishing industry and the expansion of the reading culture in Iran. At the Tehran Book Garden, he is responsible for advancing one of the country’s largest and most important cultural and literary centers.

He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Theology and Islamic Studies from the University of Tehran and has received his Doctor of Philosophy in the same field. His previous positions include: Head of the Department of Cultural Studies at the Institute for Culture and Islamic Thought and advisor to the president of the institute for design and planning (currently), Director General of Resource Procurement at the Public Libraries Foundation of Iran, Deputy for Culture and Production at Soroush Publishing, Deputy for Production and Communication at the Young Thought Foundation, Chairman of the Board at Ketabshahr Iran Company, Chairman of the Board at the Young Thought Foundation, member of the Board of Directors of Behnashr Publishing (affiliated with Astan Quds Razavi), Chairman of the Board at the Publishing Department of the Institute for Culture and Islamic Thought, editor-in-chief of Zamaneh monthly magazine, member of the policy council for two rounds of the Razavi Reading Festival, member of the policy council of the Second Biennial Book Cartoon Festival, member of the policy council of Soroush Weekly magazine, and contributor to various television and radio programs on books and culture.
