The main theater hall of the Tehran Book Garden Theater Complex has a seating capacity of 344 and serves as a venue for theatrical performances, orchestras, film screenings, conferences, and gatherings. One of its unique features is a 7-meter-diameter revolving stage and a 100-square-meter performance area. The Choir Hall is equipped with a modern sound system, video projector, control room, and two dressing and directing rooms.
The lobby, waiting area, and café of the Theater and Music Complex cover over 200 square meters. The café can accommodate up to 100 guests in both indoor and outdoor seating areas. It offers a selection of food, hot and cold beverages. The café can also be accessed directly from the outdoor area of the Book Garden.
