Alawi Management

The book “Alawi Management”, written by Seyyed Hamidreza Aminzadeh, has been published based on the rich and historic letter of Imam Ali (a) to Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr (Letter 27 of Nahj al-Balagha). This valuable work is a moral and practical guideline for management at various levels, extracted from the inexhaustible treasury of Nahj al-Balagha.

In this letter, which can be called an “ethical charter for managers”, Imam Ali (a), addressing the governor of Egypt, provides life-giving guidance in the fields of governance, ethical management, and proper interaction with people. Although the primary audience of this directive is senior and middle-level managers, its teachings offer an unparalleled behavioral model wherever a relationship between “superior” and “subordinate” exists. This book is written with an educational perspective and in clear, practical language. It thus enables students of religious seminaries and university students in management and educational sciences to gain a deeper understanding of the words of Imam Ali (a).
