Man-e OU

Man-e Ou tells the story of Ali Fattah, a young man from a wealthy and religious family, who falls in love with Mahtab, the family’s servant girl. The novel, written by Reza Amirkhani, centers on the love story between Ali and Mahtab, while intertwining themes of politics and mysticism.

At one point, the author references Algeria’s independence, subtly drawing a parallel with the Iranian Revolution. A character named Darvish Mostafa appears in the story as a symbol of truth, awareness, and wisdom, guiding Ali Fattah during moments of confusion.
